Datatel Announces IVR Services for Independent ATM, Pre-Paid Credit Card, and Specialty Loyalty Program Vendors

Earlier this year, Datatel released a New Generation IVR Credit Card Payment and Account Management Gateway service. Datatel will be aggregating this existing technology platform, as well as other interactive telephony services, to provide a broader service offering to independent ATM, Pre-Paid Credit Card, and Specialty Loyalty Program Vendors.

The basic IVR services offering enables vendors to extend a wide range of self-service options to its customer base including: the ability to make payment for products and services, check account balances, check transactions, manage personal information, deliver account information, activate accounts, and respond to other transactions requests in real-time.
