At Datatel, we believe that businesses have the power and responsibility to be a force for good in the communities they serve. That’s why we launched Businesses GiveBack, an initiative in partnership with Covenant House that brings businesses together to create meaningful social impact, starting right here in our own backyard.

Our Mission
Businesses GiveBack’s mission is simple: to connect businesses with opportunities to support homeless and at-risk youth, and survivors of sex trafficking in their community. Through our partnership with Covenant House Toronto, we help fund critical services that provide safety, shelter, and support for young people who need it most. It’s more than a program; it’s a commitment to give back to our community
Why It Matters
Each year, thousands of young people in Canada face the harsh realities of homelessness. Many are fleeing abuse, aging out of care, or trying to escape exploitation. These youth deserve dignity, opportunity, and a safe place to rebuild. By coming together as a business community, we can extend a hand of hope, as well as bring about long-term, systemic change.
How We’re Involved
Datatel is proud to be a founding partner of Businesses GiveBack. Our leadership and team actively support the cause through awareness campaigns, and participation in events like the Covenant House Executive Sleep Out. We’re not just donating, we’re showing up, taking action, and using our platform to rally others to join the movement.
