Step 2: On completion, the customer places a call to the provided toll-free telephone number printed on the work order. Customer is prompted to provide a Work Order Invoice Number and credit card information. Information is transmitted securely to the credit card processor; a real-time authorization is read back to the customer and technician.
Step 3: Work Order payment status is updated to your back-office systems.
