Step 1: Driver arrives to the destination, with goods and invoice on hand.
Step 2: The driver presents the invoice/waybill to the customer, which includes a toll-free telephone number dedicated to your business and linked to your merchant account.
Step 3: The customer places a call to the number printed at the top of the invoice/waybill (your toll-free number). The customer is prompted to enter invoice/waybill #, the amount to be paid**, and credit card information.
Step 4: The information is transmitted securely to the credit card processor; real-time authorization is read back to the customer and driver. (The driver can call in to verify payment and amount.)
Step 5: Invoice payment status is updated to your back-office systems; plus, an on-line option is also available.
